Standardized Testing Relaxation Video for Middle School Students
This video was presented as part of a video support series at a Los Angeles Middle School,
to the mostly Latino student population there. It uses subtle techniques to support (ventral vagal) orientation,
stress modulation, mindfulness and suggestions for completion and success.
